Eligibility

Automatically enrolled after your first paid session. Clients in good standing remain in this tier.

Maintained by consistent attendance and other qualifying actions determined by Fully Loaded Hitting.

Double Diamond Tier Eligibility

To qualify for the Double Diamond Tier, the following conditions apply:

You may miss up to four (4) lesson from January 1 – December 31.
Lessons on national holidays do not count as missed.
If your instructor cancels, it does not count toward your missed lesson total.
Inclement Weather Policy:
- If Bentonville, Rogers, Springdale, and Fayetteville school systems are open and you miss, it does count.
- If all are closed, the business will also likely be closed, and it does not count.
- Fully Loaded Hitting will make the final call on unique weather cases.

By meeting these guidelines, you stay eligible for the Double Diamond Tier.

HOW IT WORKS

Earn points with every paid hitting, pitching, or fielding lesson.

Once you reach a certain number of points, you’ll unlock a reward!
