CERTIFICATIONS
Chase, a native Arkansan, graduated from Farmington High School in 2014 before accepting a scholarship to play college baseball while studying business.
After college, his passion for baseball and desire to inspire the next generation of young baseball and softball players led him to become a full-time private baseball instructor in 2018 at Perfect Timing Baseball & Softball Academy.
After nearly five years of honing his skills and knowledge, Chase launched Fully Loaded Hitting, LLC, on January 15, 2024. He aims to bring a fresh perspective to the youth baseball and softball training industry in Northwest Arkansas. His vision includes creating a positive impact on players’ development both on and off the field, while also simplifying the training process for parents. Chase is dedicated to helping families navigate some of the complexities of youth baseball and softball, including youth team dynamics and the college recruitment process.

​Now based in Bentonville, Chase runs Fully Loaded Hitting as a full-time instructor and also works as a real estate agent with the Arkansas Real Estate Group. When he’s not immersed in baseball or real estate, you can find him enjoying time with his family and dog, Henry, hanging out with friends, attending concerts, or exploring the great outdoors!

Dalton was a four-year starter at Heritage High School, earning three All-Conference honors and one All-State selection.
After high school, he continued his playing career at Carl Albert and Texas A&M – Texarkana. Dalton believes in being a positive influence both on and off the field, helping kids not only develop their skills but also reach their goals in the game of baseball. Outside of baseball, Dalton enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, golfing, and taking care of their chickens on their little farm.
