Instructor Screening & Background Check Policy

At Fully Loaded Hitting, LLC, the safety, well-being, and trust of our athletes and their families are our highest priority. As such, we maintain a strict Instructor Screening & Background Check Policy that governs all individuals who deliver instruction or interact directly with minors on behalf of our business.

Background Checks & Screening Procedures:

All independent contractors or employees providing instruction must successfully complete a third-party background check prior to conducting any training activities under the Fully Loaded Hitting name.
Background checks must include a national criminal history search, sex offender registry check, and identity verification.
We require updated and valid documentation confirming the background check results before onboarding any instructor.
Fully Loaded Hitting, LLC retains records of all background check results in accordance with applicable legal and privacy standards.

Screening Components

We use a thorough, multi-layered background check package to ensure comprehensive vetting of every instructor. This package includes the following components:

County Criminal Search (7-Year Address History): Searches county court records in all jurisdictions tied to the candidate's address history. Captures the most accurate and up-to-date local-level offenses (e.g., assault, theft, DUI).
Federal Criminal Search: Identifies serious offenses prosecuted in U.S. District Courts, such as identity theft, child exploitation, drug trafficking, and cybercrimes.
Global Watchlist Search: Screens against international and domestic watchlists, sanctions lists, and government registries for potential involvement in terrorism, money laundering, or other global threats.
National Criminal Search: A broad scan of nationwide criminal databases that may reveal offenses outside of known residence locations. Serves as an added safety net.
Sex Offender Registry Search: Checks all 50 U.S. state sex offender registries for any matching offenses.
SSN Trace & Address History: Validates the candidate's Social Security Number and generates a 7-year address history to ensure all relevant jurisdictions are searched.
Alias Search: Detects and searches criminal records under any alternate names or aliases used by the candidate (e.g., nicknames, maiden names).

Disqualifying Offenses

Any history of abuse, molestation, sexual misconduct, or violent behavior automatically disqualifies an applicant or instructor from engaging with our program in any capacity.
Any pending charges or ongoing investigations related to the above will result in immediate suspension pending resolution.

Ongoing Oversight

Fully Loaded Hitting reserves the right to conduct periodic reviews or re-screenings and terminate any relationship with instructors who fail to meet the required standards of professionalism or legal compliance.
