Referral Program Terms & Conditions

These Referral Program Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Fully Loaded Hitting, LLC Referral Program (“Program”). By participating, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

1. Eligibility

The Program is open to current clients of Fully Loaded Hitting.
Referred individuals must be new clients who have never previously trained with Fully Loaded Hitting.
Self-referrals are not permitted.
Participants must be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

2. How the Program Works

A referral is considered valid only when the referred client:

Schedules and completes their first paid lesson, and
Pays in full using approved payment methods.

Referral rewards are issued only after both conditions are satisfied.

3. Referral Rewards

Referral rewards are issued in the form of one free lesson after the referred client completes and fully pays for their first session.
The referral reward is void if the referred client’s payment is refunded, reversed, or disputed.
Referral rewards have no cash value, no resale value and no transferability
Rewards may only be applied to eligible services as determined by Fully Loaded Hitting.
Rewards may not be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers unless explicitly stated.
Referring clients may earn an unlimited number of referral rewards per calendar year; however, only one reward may be earned per successfully referred client.
The same referred client may not be counted multiple times for additional rewards.
To receive a referral reward, Fully Loaded Hitting must be notified by either the referring client or the referred client within 28 days of the referred client’s first paid appointment.
Referral rewards may not be stacked with any other credits or offers and may not be used to avoid, offset, or replace any charges, including late cancellation or no-show fees, under the Fully Loaded Hitting Cancellation Policy.
For clients with more than one athlete training with Fully Loaded Hitting, each successful referral entitles the referring household to one free lesson total, which may be applied to only one athlete. Lessons for any additional athletes in the same household will be charged at the full standard lesson rate. Referral rewards are issued per referral, not per athlete, and may not be split, duplicated, transferred, or applied across multiple athletes, lessons, or accounts.

4. Limitations & Restrictions

Fully Loaded Hitting reserves the right to:

Limit referrals per client at any time
Deny, revoke, or void referral rewards for suspected abuse, fraud, or misuse

Referrals must be made in good faith. Any attempt to manipulate, exploit, or circumvent the Program will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of rewards.

5. Program Changes & Termination

Fully Loaded Hitting may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, with or without notice.
Changes apply prospectively and do not guarantee the honoring of pending or unredeemed rewards.
Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms & Conditions.

6. Tax Responsibility

Participants are solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local tax obligations related to referral rewards.

7. No Guarantee

Participation in the Program does not guarantee:

Acceptance of a referred client
Issuance of a referral reward

All client acceptance and Program decisions are made at the sole discretion of Fully Loaded Hitting.
