Payment Authorization & Processing Policy

To maintain consistent and efficient billing, Fully Loaded Hitting, LLC uses automatic payment processing for all services, programs, and activities.

 

How Payment Authorization Works

By scheduling, enrolling in, or attending any service, program, or activity, you authorize Fully Loaded Hitting, LLC to charge the payment method on file for all applicable fees. This includes, but is not limited to, lessons, camps, clinics, training programs, memberships, and any other services provided.

 

When Payments Are Processed

Payments are processed weekly on Fridays by 2:30 PM Central Time unless otherwise stated in writing. ​Services or activities that take place after 2:30 PM on Friday, or on Saturday or Sunday, will be processed on the Friday prior to the scheduled service or activity. Certain programs or services may require payment in full or partial payment in advance. Any such requirements will be communicated prior to enrollment.

 

Important Payment Terms

All payments are non refundable unless otherwise stated in writing by Fully Loaded Hitting, LLC. Unpaid, declined, or disputed payments may result in suspension or cancellation of future services or participation until the account is brought current.

 

Acceptance of This Policy

By scheduling, enrolling in, authorizing, or participating in any service, program, or activity offered by Fully Loaded Hitting, LLC, you acknowledge and agree to this Payment Authorization and Processing Policy.
