Heating & Cooling Equipment Safety Guidelines

Fully Loaded Hitting, LLC utilizes heating and cooling equipment to maintain a safe and comfortable training environment throughout the year. The following guidelines are in place to help prevent injury and ensure the safety of all participants, parents, and guests.

 

Heating Equipment During Cold Weather

  • Heating equipment may be used during colder months.

  • ​Heating units can become extremely hot and present a burn risk.

  • Participants, parents, and guests must not touch, move, or stand near any heating equipment.

  • Heating equipment is not child safe and may cause serious injury if handled improperly.

  • Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that children and accompanying guests maintain a safe distance from all heating equipment.

 

Cooling Equipment During Warm Weather

  • Air conditioning units, fans, and other cooling equipment may be used during warmer months.

  • Some cooling equipment may be mounted, plugged in, or operating near training areas.

  • Participants, parents, and guests must not touch, adjust, unplug, or interfere with any cooling equipment.

  • Tampering with cooling equipment may result in injury or property damage.

All heating and cooling equipment is intended for staff use only. Fully Loaded Hitting, LLC is not responsible for injuries or damages resulting from failure to follow these safety guidelines, except as required by law.

 

By entering the facility or participating in any lesson, camp, or activity, parents, athletes, and guests acknowledge and agree to follow these Heating and Cooling Equipment Safety Guidelines.
