Attire & Gear Guidelines
Proper attire and equipment are required to ensure participant safety and to allow each athlete to train effectively. Participants who do not meet these guidelines may be asked to modify their attire or may be unable to participate.
What to Wear

Athletic Apparel: Participants should wear clean, comfortable athletic clothing that allows for full range of motion.
Shorts or Athletic Pants: Shorts, sweatpants, or athletic training pants are acceptable.
Footwear: Turf shoes or athletic sneakers are required. Cleats, boots, sandals, Crocs, and open toed shoes are not permitted
Headwear: Hats are optional and permitted when appropriate.

Hydration
Participants are strongly encouraged to bring a water bottle or hydration drink to all sessions.
